  • The base venue fee includes the use of the foyer, pantry, hydraulic stage, and furniture (chairs/desks) for your choice of standard layout.
  • Extended hours are available from 8:00–9:00 a.m. and 9:00–10:00 p.m. only.
  • If you require any technical assistance with the operation of any equipment on the day of your event, we will refer you to a company specializing in that. An additional fee will apply.
  • Bookings may be made up to one year in advance of the date of your event. When making your booking, please include the time required for setup and teardown.
  • Depending on the amount of cargo you are unloading for your event, a separate cargo handling fee may apply. (Our Logistics Center will provide a separate quote.)

  • Listed prices do not include tax.
  • The room rate includes the use of a screen, ceiling-mounted projector, microphones (up to the specified standard quantity), and furniture (chairs/desks) for your standard layout of choice.
  • Time extensions outside of the listed standard hours may be made from 8:00–9:00 a.m. and/or 9:00–10:00 p.m. only.
  • If you require technical assistance with the operation of any equipment on the day of your event, we will refer you to a company specializing in that.
  • Room C is available for booking only when also using Rooms A and B. (Room C may also be booked separately from Rooms A and B when booking in combination with the Hall.)
  • When booking conference rooms in combination with the Hall, bookings may be made up to one year in advance of the day of your event. When booking only a conference room, bookings may be made up to three months in advance of the date of your event. When booking, please include the time required for setup and teardown.
  • When booking in combination with the Hall, the standard Hall booking hours will apply. A 10 percent discount will be applied to conference room rates and time extensions within standard hours.
  • Depending on the amount of cargo you are unloading for your event, a separate cargo handling fee may apply. (Our Logistics Center will provide a separate quote.)
