- Consumption tax and other fees will be charged separately.
- Preparation days will be offered at a special rate of 30% off the basic venue fee. (Applicable for one day per event from 9:00 to 21:00)
- Foyer, pantry, waiting room, cloakroom, venue-owned equipment, and layout setup are included in the basic venue fee and usage fee within designated hours.
<Foyer> Area: 213 sqm, Ceiling Height: 3.6m, Standing: 100 people. - Additional equipment and various operators (arranged by outside parties) will be charged separately. Please refer to the separate price list.
- Technical management fees cover the adjustment costs from the setup to the removal of equipment until the start of the event and do not include operations during the event.
- If technical operation on the day of the event is required, we will introduce you to a specialized company and you will need to place an order separately.
- Reservations can be made from one year before the date of use. Please reserve time including preparation and clean-up.
- Additional handling management fees may apply depending on the amount of materials for loading and unloading. Please contact the in-house logistics center (03-5201-8277) as soon as possible.

- Ceiling-mounted projector, screen, microphones (standard quantity), and standard layout furniture (tables/chairs) are included in the venue fee.
- Please refer to the separate price list for additional equipment unit prices.
- If technical operation is required on the day of the event, we will introduce a specialized company.
- Room C cannot be reserved on its own. (Room C can be reserved if booked with the hall or Room A+B).
- Reservations for the hall and conference rooms can be made one year before the date of use, and reservations for conference rooms only can be made three months before the date of use.
