    Elevator Covering Materials and Labor

If you will be loading or unloading with the use of equipment other than an air tire-equipped dolly, it will be necessary to apply a protective covering to the elevator floor and your entire loading/unloading route. Covering materials and labor can be obtained in advance at the Logistics Center. (Fees apply.)

  • 3F

    • Please apply protective covering as requested to the designated areas, including the synthetic marble flooring and Hall doors.
    • Please use adhesive tape or another appropriate material to connect the pieces of covering material, taking care to ensure that the covering does not move. Please note that tape will not adhere to the carpet or to the wallpapered sections of the wall.
    • In any other instance in which protective covering is deemed to be necessary in the Hall, please proceed according to instructions, and work together with other guests in order to prevent any obstruction or disturbance.
    • Security cards will be provided on a temporary basis at the Hall when necessary. Please be aware that only a limited number of cards can be loaned out at any given time.
    • In the event that any damage or staining occurs to any wall or floor, etc., while you are loading or unloading cargo, you will be billed for the cost of repairs and any other damages suffered by the Hall.
